So yesterday was officially the last day of the program for me but definitely not the last day of healthy eating.
I remember about 12 weeks ago after scrolling through your page and reaching out, we talked about why I wanted to join. I told her my main goal was that I was looking for a healthier lifestyle of eating and if I lost a few pounds along the way, I wouldn’t be mad about it.
Patti worked out a specific food plan for me including my must have favorites and my the 2 month point I lost 3 inches around my waist and 3 inches around my thighs
But the best part was, even though I didn’t lose a massive amount of weight, my body looked leaner and healthier. And honestly, I never felt like I was dieting. Just learning how to eat healthier.
Don’t get me wrong, there were few bumps in the road because this girl loves her snacks! But with my coaches' support, we worked through it together.
