The  accountability was definitely what I needed after the holidays and my accident. I had lost 75 pounds starting Crossfit and eating mostly paleo so I know I do best when tracking, but this was the first challenge that wasn’t super strict with excluding certain foods so it helped to teach me how to let myself balance and live a little! My relationship with food definitely needs to keep adjusting and being challenged.  I also appreciate the new food/meal ideas so I can stop eating the same thing for months on end.

I found M.P. Nutrition to be an amazing program. Prior to this program, I was trying to lose weight and get stronger but I didn’t really have much knowledge on how to. I would read a few things here and there but it wasn’t something that I really understood. With the help from Megan and Patti, I’ve gained a lot more knowledge on nutrition. The knowledge that I’ve gained has helped me to lose weight and get stronger. It was also nice having someone cheer me on and hold me accountable. Though it wasn’t always easy, especially during the holidays, I’ve made tremendous strides on my journey of health and fitness. Though I still have a ways to go, what I’ve gained from them has made my goal that much more feasible and attainable.

Signing up with M.P. Nutrition was such a positive experience! I have tried other diets both on my own and with other programs. But what you guys did for me really made the difference. I  stopped looking at it as a diet and more like a lifestyle. Your encouragement and real life experiences made me more confident in how I tackled nutrition. You made things make sense for people with busy lives. Your “hacks” for prepping and planning showed me that it is possible to make sustainable changes.  Your encouragement and advice throughout this process has given me confidence to go forward on my own. I never felt judged or discouraged or embarrassed. I felt motivated and empowered. I have enjoyed being a part of this program. It has really made a difference for me!

After a year of big life changes, my health and wellness took a backseat. I “thought” I was eating decently, but I was lying to myself. The proof was in  the pants that no longer fit! I knew what I needed to do, but I also know that accountability  is like an insurance of success. So if it I wanted to be successful I needed a plan and support. What I absolutely love about Megan and Patti is their approach. It is sustainable. Sure, my progress may be slower but I’m ENJOYING myself! They set me up with a plan and I get to execute it! I honestly was embarrassed when I called them. I was so mad at myself for getting to this point, but throughout they have been nothing but encouraging and supportive! This is the dream team right here!

So yesterday was officially the last day of the program for me but definitely not the last day of healthy eating. 

I remember about 12 weeks ago after scrolling through your page and reaching out, we talked about why I wanted to join. I told her my main goal was that I was looking for a healthier lifestyle of eating and if I lost a few pounds along the way, I wouldn’t be mad about it.

Patti worked out a specific food plan for me including my must have favorites and my the 2 month point I lost 3 inches around my waist and 3 inches around my thighs

But the best part was, even though I didn’t lose a massive amount of weight, my body looked leaner and healthier. And honestly, I  never felt like I was dieting. Just learning how to eat healthier. 

Don’t get me wrong, there were few bumps in the road because this girl loves her snacks! But with my coaches' support, we worked through it together.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patti & Meg since September and I am so happy with my overall results. I come from a macro counting background, several years in fact, but it was very rigid, there wasn't much room for "error" and I found myself not enjoying my life. My entire days and social events circulated around macros.

As someone who comes from a history of disordered eating, this was not healthy for me. I took a break for a couple years, but this past summer, I decided I needed to start counting macros again, but in a way that was not detrimental to my physical or mental health.

Exercise & training are truly a passion of mine and i workout 5-6 times a week, but because i was not eating enough for my needs, my performance was suffering, as was my sleep, overall stress and I was also having big skin issues. I reached out to M.P. and explained my history and we came up with a very sustainable plan for me. It was not strict, it was a focus on eating MORE to fuel myself, but more than just food, they take a whole body, holistic approach. I was coached on sleep habits, stress management and a whole body experience, as well as food. Within 2 weeks my workouts were better, my sleep was improving, my clothes fitting better and feeling overall more confident.

I am in the process of adding in more food and with their coaching, I don't feel the pressure to be perfect or hit every number dead on every day. As long as I consistently focus on fueling my body daily with the nutrition it needs and feel better along the way, that's a big win for me! I am so grateful for the patience and encouragement, and I could not recommend M.P Nutrition.

After following M.P. for some time on IG and FB, I jumped at the opportunity to join the challenge to see what they offered to their clients.

The Fall Challenge was a great way to get introduced to proper eating as well as healthy lifestyle habits that helped me with energy and weight loss.

I have always been so focused on the scale and calories. In this challenge I focused so much more on tracking my food, eating healthy, hitting my protein goal, drinking a lot more water and celebrating accomplishments with my workouts and how I felt physically.

Overall, I lost 7lbs and 4 inches in 6 weeks. I will continue to recommend M.P. Nutrition and plan to look further into their 1:1 coaching program.

I had the pleasure of working with Patti for 12 weeks. The process of using a nutrition coach allowed me to make gains outside of my clothes fitting better and the scale displaying a lower number; I learned to lovingly fuel my body- no feeling deprived; no feeling bad about certain foods. Patti was supportive; she problem solved to make the plan work for me and she was available when I needed her. I definitely would recommend using MP Nutrition Coaches if you’re looking for a sustainable way to meet your nutrition goals while also living your life! 🥦 🍸 🍅 🍌 🍕

Down 13.5 pounds. She is working on maintaining her fat loss and slowly bringing more calories back in.

Hi, I know you are not my coach anymore, but wanted to share something with you. My doctor has a SECA scale and I used it when I started with you. Yesterday I went again. He was so impressed with all my numbers, especially with fat mass decreasing and my fat-free mass and skeletal increasing. Thank you for giving me the tools I needed and a program that actually works for me that I haven’t abandoned.
