Megan Linehan

Hello my name is Megan Linehan, I am a teacher, athlete, and most importantly a mom to my four year old son, Griffin. .

I started CrossFit with a friend 9 years ago and fell in love with the competitiveness of the sport. .

Fitness turned into a lifestyle and with fitness brought healthy eating. Learning how to fuel my body properly was one of the most rewarding things I could have done for myself. .

Fueling my body correctly is a huge part of my success in CrossFit and in life. I worked out my entire pregnancy with Griffin and came back stronger than expected, even with a c-section. .

In my old age of 37 ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿผ I still compete in the CrossFit Open and Masters Qualifier. I donโ€™t expect to go to the CrossFit Games, I just like to work hard and be challenged. .

Modeling the importance of health and fitness for Griffin is important to me, and I would like to share that importance with others. My hopes are to build a community where we can celebrate health and wellness, but also celebrate and enjoy life, by finding a happy balance.

Patti Gilmore

Hey guys! My name is Patti. .

I am a mom to my fave little girls ever! I am a math coach by day, Crossfit coach by night, and now a nutrition coach. You think I have a love for coaching or what?!

I always want to be super transparent. I love fitness and eating healthy. It is my passion.......but I have bad days. Days where I am not motivated to eat clean and work out. Days when I feel too tired, too anxious, or I just feel like stuffing my face with garbage!

But, I am a nutrition coach and Crossfit coach!? How can that be? Because I am human, not perfect, and just like you.

I have been a gym rat since I can remember, a runner, and currently a Crossfit lover for the last 9 years.

Nutrition has been something I have been experimenting with for years. After two babies and kind of yo-yo dieting, I finally found what works for me. And that is calorie/macro counting.

I gained over 50 pounds with both of my pregnancies and lost all of that weight and then some! Most importantly I have kept it off!

Together Meg and I want to share our knowledge with you. We want you to experience how good it feels to eat clean and be fit. Because once you get a taste of that healthy lifestyle there is no turning back.
